- In-Mold technology allows you to pour the external polycarbonate cap directly during the injection phase of the expanded polystyrene (EPS), thus allowing to create a more rigid structure, impact resistant and extremely light. The combined action of structure in EPS, a cap and exoskeleton in polycarbonate creates resistance to the mechanical action exerted by the impacts and dissipates the energy to prevent it from being transferred to the head of the person wearing the helmet.
- Frontal airframe is a network structure integrated into the non -slip system of the helmet. Airframe allows the air to circulate between cap and internal padding preventing the release of bad smells and ensuring the maximum standards of performance.
- Safety and comfort are also enriched by the new Ergo Divider, an evolution of the previous Divider Pro system. We have developed new ergonomic straps to ensure stability, comfort on the skin and simple registration. No problem, at this point, with the adjustments: once arranged on the head, it will keep its position for a pleasant release in the saddle.
