Protone Icon’s design draws inspiration from Protone, KASK’s winning helmet, improving it in every single aspect. The internal structure has been redefined to provide greater safety. The seamless technology that joins the top and bottom of the shell gives a sleek and elegant appearance as well as aerodynamic benefits. The new OCTOFIT+ adjustment system optimally affects the comfort and stability of the helmet, while the vertical stabilizer along the nape of the neck provides ergonomic neck support, enabling better balance and a customizable fit. The adjustment wheel, covered with a special rubber, is wider and provides a better grip for fingers, and the reflective insert on the back of the helmet helps increase safety on the road. The inner lining, made of CoolMax fabric, is comfortable, quick-drying, removable and washable. As is standard with all KASK helmets, Protone Icon was developed in accordance with the KASK WG11 protocol, which is an objective, scientific approach to measuring helmet performance against rotational impacts.
