Prepare a serving by dissolving the contents of two scoops (equivalent to about 30 g of product) in a 500 ml bottle. During intense physical exercise, it is recommended to consume 500 ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly (a sip every 15 minutes or so) and taking into account the intensity of the exercise and environmental conditions.
