Continental TPU 27.5 inner tube – Valvola Presta 60 mm

Continental’s seven-layer, lightweight, space-saving TPU inner tube for performance-oriented road, gravel, and MTB cyclists. It is especially lightweight yet durable and is suitable for on-road and off-road applications. The highest-quality, micrometer-thick TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is machined in seven layers to achieve the best possible airtightness and durability. The inner tubes remain uncolored to ensure the highest quality material and to avoid unwanted pressure loss, which can be caused by color-related surface defects. Each ContiTPU tube undergoes manual quality control after production. The base of the valve stem is slightly tapered to improve adherence to the rim and reduce unwanted movement while riding. The valve stem also has an internal thread that allows the use of valve extensions or a replacement valve core.

• TPU inner tubes should not be used with rim brakes.
