The creation of this product began with a list of things that Castelli wanted to improve in winter gloves: they wanted to create a glove that was warm without being bulky, easy to wear and take off, mostly waterproof but at the same time breathable even with dry conditions, and super comfortable.
Castelli has innovated everything in this glove, starting from the basic fabrics: they used a water-repellent, windproof and elastic outer layer over the PrimaLoft Gold insulation layer to make it even hotter and an incredibly soft lining to be able to wear it and remove it quickly even when the hand is sweaty. The zip on the wrist causes the glove to open almost completely to put it on and take it off, but also to make it thinner so that it does not look like a ski glove, even though it is really good for moderately cold temperatures.
