The Castelli Flanders Neck long-sleeved base layer is a garment born from the experiments with Team Ineos, a warm base layer with an integrated neck warmer. On moderately cold days, you can keep the neck warmer down so that it stays inside your jacket.
On days with the coldest temperatures, take it out and cover your face to warm up thanks to the soft Sottozero fabric in contact with your skin.
