Castelli Commuter Reflex jacket – Blue

The Castelli Commuter Reflex jacket is made for those commuting by bike, built to offer maximum functionality in the saddle and to make you look good when you get to work. It is a jacket that offers maximum visibility when you come home from work in the dark and does not make you look ridiculous with a thousand reflective stripes when you arrive at the office. A practically invisible reflective print has been applied to the entire surface of the jacket that is hardly seen while cycling during the day or when you wear the jacket to work but at night it becomes reflective to make you clearly visible. The 20,000 mm water column means that rain will never pass through the fabric, ever. And the breathability of 20,000 MVTR ensures that a good amount of sweat is released. But it is the ventilation details that distinguish this jacket: at the waist there is an elastic band that you can close to seal out the wind or leave it open to allow some air to enter from underneath to keep you cooler. This integrated inner band allows you to make a jacket that hangs at the bottom – a much more essential and refined look than that of a jacket with the pleats created with an internal elastic.
