Assos Assosoires Spring / Fall socks, to create a sock of average weight that combines comfort, support and an element of visibility, Assos had to test new yarns that were up to the task. Tests carried out in mild climatic conditions, both spring and autumn, have led to the choice of ultra-soft polyester yarns mixed with Lycra, which guarantee a compressive seal and a touch of thermal insulation along the foot, ankle and lower leg with a seamless texture. The unique hexagonal and square shape of the mesh used in the fabric transfers moisture to the outer surface through the yarns, guaranteeing you dry and comfortable feet inside the shoes. We then focused on the arch of the foot, wrapping it with a ribbed strip, for additional support and increasing breathability, and accompanying it with a contrasting reflective strip along the Achilles tendon to allow better visibility in low light conditions. • STL: short for Spot The Light, these light-absorbing polyester yarns have been developed with photoluminescent pigments to remain bright in the absence of light.
