USAGE TIPS
Avoid pulling excessively on fabrics and seams when putting on or taking off the garments.
Make sure to wear the garment correctly before starting cycling activities, especially regarding shorts and Bib shorts, the padding, and other pressure points.
Our Juf garments are specifically designed for cycling, so all our items should be tried on simulating the cycling position, not standing. If pressure or fit is uncomfortable even while cycling, check the size again.
Avoid getting too close to branches, bushes, metal wires, or other sharp objects that could damage Juf garments.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Wash Juf garments immediately after each use and let them dry well in a ventilated place before storing them in the wardrobe.
Machine wash at a maximum of 30C or hand wash is recommended.
Use the appropriate amount of neutral liquid detergent, and do not add fabric softener or bleach.
Make sure to use a washing machine program for colored synthetic garments.
In case of heavy sweating, it is advisable to rinse the garment in cold water after each use, this way you avoid the formation of bacteria that cause bad odors in the fibers.
Do not iron or wring out Juf garments.
Drying should never involve the use of a dryer or radiators.

STORAGE
Do not store Juf garments in damp and closed environments. Avoid storing garments in plastic bags.
