Brooks Slender leather grips feature vegetable tanned leather tape, a naturally timeless material for long life and good looks, perfect for bikes with straight handlebars. The design incorporates an aluminum shell around which handlebar tape is wrapped in the manner of traditional handlebar tape. The leather is then held in place by aluminum and steel clamps which can be removed in case the tape needs to be replaced.
