- In-Mold technology allows the outer polycarbonate shell to be cast directly during the injection phase of the expanded polystyrene (EPS), thus allowing the creation of a more rigid, impact resistant and extremely light structure. The combined action of the EPS structure, the polycarbonate shell and exoskeleton creates resistance to the mechanical action exerted by impacts and dissipates the energy to prevent it from being transferred to the head of the person wearing the helmet.
- The front Airframe is a mesh structure integrated into the helmet’s anti-slip system. The airframe allows air to circulate between the shell and the internal padding, preventing the release of bad odors and ensuring the highest standards of performance.
- Safety and comfort are also enriched by the new Ergo Divider, an evolution of the previous Divider Pro system. We have developed new ergonomic strap dividers to ensure stability, comfort on the skin and easy adjustment. At this point, no problem with the adjustments: once placed on the head, it will maintain its position for a pleasant ride on the saddle.
