Compared to its mechanical counterpart, SMART STEERING is, precisely, smart – that is, able to connect wirelessly to Zwift directly to communicate the movements of the front wheel and its rotation angle. To use SMART STEERING, simply place the bike connected to the roller on the steering base and connect it to Zwift! Elite has in fact partnered with Zwift to make STEERZO SMART compatible exclusively for users of the most popular indoor cycling platform in the cycling world. By connecting to Zwift via Bluetooth, SMART STEERING will allow you to control your avatar on the screen to position yourself at different points on the road and overtake other cyclists on Zwift. • Exclusive to Zwift: STEERZO SMART is able to connect wirelessly to Zwift to communicate the movements of the front wheel and its angle of rotation. Look for the “Steering Enabled” icon at the bottom right of Zwift to view the routes to ride on SMART STEERING.
• Overtaking other cyclists: By associating SMART STEERING with Zwift you can use all the steering functions offered by the platform to overtake other cyclists or to stay on the wheel, saving some energy thanks to the trail of the cyclist in front of you through the drafting function.
• Battery powered: The unit is powered by AAA batteries (included in the package) with over 500 hours of autonomy.
