The Performance Series forks retain the same 7000 Series black anodized aluminum upper tubes as the Performance Elite Series, except they are coupled with a GRIP damper. The increased volume of air in the lower legs reduces the amount of involuntary extra pressure ramps. Lower leg bath oil also circulates in the upper legs, continually lubricating the foam bushings and bearings as the fork compresses and extends as it travels. It allows air pressure equalization to improve fork performance, allowing for full travel and greater sensitivity and responsiveness on small bumps. The new lower leg design does everything possible to save grams, making sure you don’t compromise on the stiffness or strength required for modern enduro and gravity-style riding.
