Named Isotonic Power energy gel based on maltodextrins with different dextrose equivalence (D.E.6-D.E.19) and highly branched cyclic dextrins Cluster Dextrin. In any sports practice that lasts longer than 45 minutes, carbohydrate levels need to be restored in order to maintain high exercise intensity, as well as ensure proper hydration levels. On a physiological level, it is recommended to take an Isotonic Power Gel> approximately every 30 minutes to prevent muscle glycogen stores from falling below the performance threshold.
