The Castelli Unlimited Perfetto RoS 2 Jacket is a jacket that insulates you from the cold wind and is much more breathable than the typical polyurethane membranes used in most jackets trying to compete with the Perfetto. When you stay drier, there is no need for many layers. The great thing about this jacket is that it does not have built-in insulation, so you can use it in combination with a thin base layer in mild conditions while with the addition of an insulating layer (a thermal shirt or Castelli’s Alpha 2nd Layer) it will go great for cold temperatures. The “2” in the name refers to updates to the latest version, including a YKK Vislon zip with top and bottom opening for greater ventilation adjustment.
